OK, I did not realize that it installed and ran the web & ftp servers by 
default. As soon as I got rid of Xitami and allowed Apache & Bero to do 
their jobs, everything is working ok. I should have realized when I saw the 
starting httpd on boot what was happening. Brain Lock!
