Not exactly. As axalon has already said, it's a security feature that should
prevent intruders from gaining access to the Xserver. *If* you want to turn it
off, it's more convenient to put the line 'xhost +127.0.0.1' in your .xinitrc or
.xsessionrc (or to set the variable XAUTHORITY).
