Still, user preferences for mail subsystem in Web mail gateways for example 
store profiling information in $HOME.  Not that I complain, but change 5 users 
folders by hand after you're done installing Obsidian Communication Systems 
Intranet software and you'll understand my point.

Not to mention security concerns...
