You need the sendmail-cf RPM.

Under Mandrake 6.0 the default /etc/sendmail.cf can be recreated with

        cd /usr/lib/sendmail-cf/cf
        mv redhat.mc > /etc/sendmail.cf

I do not know if this has changed with 6.1.
