Did you make a new initrd image?  Run this:

mkinitrd /boot/initrd-2.2.13-22mdk.img 2.2.13-22mdk

That should fix the problem.  The RPM doesn't do it by default (it
probably should, or at least mention you need to do this, but it doesn't).
