well i downloaded the 325 meg iso file an burned a cd an installed it. I
have my cable modem hooked up to the win98 box running sygate, ok i know
but when i get linux running aginit will have cable modem on it.
back to what i was saying. the linux box saw the internet the 1st time it
booked into coler linx, i pingged something an telneted out. then i firedup
netwcape an it would not get out. then I saw that the lights on my hub was
very buisy. so i rebooted linux box an it was still going on Im at a loss
an was really supprised that linx got ut on the internet from the win box
did not thigh it would work. I nver told linux that I have a network going
nor the internet from a lan. anyone have a suggestion on what i can look
for to see what hs my lan so buisy since I put colerl linux on the lan

love trying out new distros just to see whats up
