Hello Everyone,
These lists have been a tremendous help in times past. I hope you folks
can help with this little project. I have Mandrake 6.0 with the KDE Gui,
and the WINE pkg included with the install.

I've re-configured the wine.conf file located in the /etc directory for my
system, my two msdos drives. I want to run AOL4.0 16bit/Win3.1 through
Linux with wine.

I've been able to successfully startup aol from Linux using the following
command within an Konsole session: ./wine /dos_c/aol40/aol.exe

Bingo, AOL opens up after sending several error msgs.... I just click OK on
them to get through. I'm able to logon directly with AOL and or logon AOL
through a TCP/IP connection. Which is established with linux PPP.

Here's the problem. When I open e-mail or try to do anything on the AOL
client. The screen freezes and I have to CTRL BackSpace out of Xwindow.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Regards,
Clyde J. Kell
