[expert] libglide2x.so?

Hi,

I just downloaded quake3-demo.rpm which seems to demand
libglide2x.so. The problem is that libglide2x.so seems to be done
for Voodoo cards and I have matrox...(At least according to rpmfind.net)

Can I still install this libglide2x and will it work? Or is there
perhaps
some other library which provides libglide2x services for
non-voodoo cards?
