I got one of these because it seemed like a good compromise between fancy
features and low price (and the Supported Hardware page said it was). I
can't get it to work. sndconfig seems to think it is an ES1371, but I
can't play sound (no audio output), and there are messages in dmesg about
'dma timed out?' I've seen references that imply that the PCI64 and PCI128
are ES1370. When I tell sndconfig not to autoprobe or configure and
manually specify ES1370, sndconfig is unable to load the es1370.o module,
even though no sound modules were loaded at the time. Any ideas?
