Story about "paths" which I forwarded today appears to be false alarm
(see below). It appears that my kde-oracle does not know everything
after all .-)
Nevertheless, this is a GoodNews(tm). Now if only netscape would fix their
paths...

I told you wrong; I just tried with:
Templates=$HOME/.kde/share/apps/kfm/Templates
and it works. KDE apps read their rc-files via KConfig class which expands
shell variables unless told not to do so. At least I´m sure that it expands
$HOME and $USER. I think it expands all of them, but am not sure. I can´t find
anymore old kde-1.1.2 library docs.
