[expert] Kill job in 6.0

 I met tricky problem in killing a job with 6.0.
 
 Usually I just use kill ID to stop a job and clear it from the job list.
But with Mandrake 6.0 ( it doesn't matter which desktop I use, KDE, RH..),
I can't clear the job ( although clear it's stopped) even with Kill -9 ID
from the job list, by top, I can see the ID of the killed jobs are still
there.

   With RH5.2, I never met such problem.

 What can I do?
