Chapter 4 of the IPCHAINS-HOWTO has an example specifically aimed at
doubleclick. http://www.linuxdoc.org/HOWTO/IPCHAINS-HOWTO-4.html

# ipchains -A output -d 199.95.207.0/24 -j REJECT
# ipchains -A output -d 199.95.208.0/24 -j REJECT
#
This keeps netscape from transmitting packets to doubleclick when the
embedded j-scriupt or html calls for it.
