It runs all the time, but Netscape in its silliness only reads the pipe
*after* closing a message compose window, and Pine can't read from pipes
at all. One of these days I might fix it to use a regular file instead
of a pipe and replace the file every five minutes. I'd also like to make
it close itself when I log off (because it's started from my login, that
way every user can have their own .sigbase and users who don't do email
(like root) don't have a sig script running).
