(What is likely a very elementary question ...)  Where, please, is
"saned"?  'find / -name *saned*' here returns the man page, the .conf
file and /usr/sbin/in.saned, a binary.  Is 'saned =
/usr/sbin/in.saned'?

If not, then what provides saned?
