Oops, sorry i forgot to put info about logrotate itself in there too.

You can remove the /etc/logrotate.d/samaba file, but then if you do start
actualy useing samaba the logs will not get rotated (reinstall the rpm, or
copy it out of the rpm to get it back).

Note it also should be a one time message it will have created an empty
one, if i'm understanding what i've read correctly.
