[expert] dual boot

I had Win NT on my primary hard drive and Mandrake 7.0 on my secondary hard
drive. My machine crashed while using Win NT, something happened to my IDE 
cable. I was using Lilo to boot up and now I cannot boot into Win NT. All I get
is an LI and the system doesn't do anything. I hae reinstalled Win NT and
Mandrake 7.0 without using Lilo and it still gives me the LI. Can anyone tell
me how to fix this ? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,
