All you need to do is boot off a Mandrake Rescue disk (I think it's
actually a 2-disk set for 7.0) and re-run lilo.
The reason re-installing doesn't fix things is because a) Windows NT
doesn't overwrite your master boot record when you install it (a nice
thing on dual-boot machines) and b) you installed Mandrake without
installing LILO, so again, your MBR wasn't touched.
All you needed to do in the first place was boot from a rescue disk and
re-run lilo. Methinks too many people decide to re-install too quickly
nowadays.
