Hi!

Hehehe...Yeah right...THIS ARE BUGS:

SO HERE IS MY "BUG" LIST (for 7.0):

- In installation procedure things ALWAYS hang, if I select that
Mandrake should install driver for my Initio SCSI controler. Modules ARE
loaded and controler is recognized OK, but them installation just drops
out following error:

error opening security policy file
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/Xserver/SecurityPolicy
glib warning: gwtpwuid_r() failed due to: no such user 0.
shmget failed! at /usr/bin/perl-install/install_steps_gtk.pm line 759

- Kernel WON'T recompile if you try to compile NON SMP kernel! You have
to run make mrproper first, then it works! Ok this one is KNOWN already
but no fix is out! I know how to find solution, but some newbie
doesn't..

- bin86 package is NOT installed by default!!! So how the hell should I
compile the kernel??? If kernel-sources are installed this should be
also...DEPENDENCY!

- UUCP package installs OK, but when it should write to /var/log/uucp IT
CAN'T!!! Since /var/log is only writable by root and it can't get into
dirs...So uuxqt FAILS due to this! And UUCP is not USABLE right away
without modifying policy of /var/log...

- FETCHMAIL is installed without rmail program. Hey this program is part
of EVERY FETCHMAIL INSTALLATION!!! And it is NECESSARY FOR GETTING MAIL
OVER UUCP!

- KPilot WON'T WORK AT ALL! Seg fault all over it...Jpilot works just
fine...

- G++ Won't compile anything, because it can't find his own includes
(iostream.h....)

Bye, Alen
