[expert] Kernel not detecting all available RAM

Just wondering if anyone can tell me why I cannot get my kernel to
detect all the RAM that I have available.
I have 192MB but the kernel only "sees" 64MB.
I have never had this problem with any other linux distro.
Also Windoze has no prob finding and utilizing all the available RAM on
the same machine.
