Many thanks (once again) for your reply. Ok, i removed all the partitions,
rewritten the partition table with just a fat 32 booteable partition in
order to use fips later.
But a problem appears. Lilo was not removed from MBR (i must say: "i
couldn't remove lilo from MBR"). then, it tries to
find a linux root directory, but it won't. Then, i can't boot from win. Is
there a free way to format the whole disk even the MBR??? i think a low
level format could do it. But i couldn't find
a low level format option in the bios.
in the howtos, i found that a
fdisk /mbr
in dos would do it. But it doesn't work. What could i still be doing wrong
(don't ask me "u are trying to install windows", i already know it)
