Boot linux on your computer - as you don't have a Linux installation
anymore, you'll need to get something similar to Tom's Root Boot
(http://toms.net/rb/). Once you've booted and logged in, run

# cp /dev/zero /dev/hda

Which will erase everything on the hard drive. If it's a big drive, this
will take a while. It will eventually spit out an error - "no space left
on device," or something similar. This means it's finished. Now, run

# fdisk /dev/hda

and type "o" to create a blank disklabel, and "w" to exit and save
changes. Now, you're ready to install Windows or any operating system you
desire.
