There is a saying that reading improves education a lot.
There are lots of links and hints how one may contribute to the
Linux community in the doc-department.
Mandrake-related you may find some hints on the Mandrake
website. If you don't see the hints you may also mail to
somebody there, even to the webslave of your language.
(That's me if you talk german, Austrian German, that is...)

There is such a thing like the LDP (Linux Documentation Project)
and of course it's special offsprings in most language areas.

Furthermore there is a part in most man-pages talking about the
maintainer and/or the possibility to share some work.

Furthermore there is a link on most documentation sites where
the maintainers call for help. Look for it, that's the way I
found my way to spend my free time.

Just an example: I recognized that the german FAQ for isdn4linux
was outdated for a long time. OTOH there was a current version
in English on the Website. I just sent a mail to the maintainer
and offered my help in (re)translating it to german. See on my
hp what became of this.
