[expert] makemap recompile?

I am using Mandrake 7.02 and I am in the process of installing the new
sendmail.  One of the instructions calls for "makemap dbm" and I get the
following error when I try to 
makemap dbm /etc/virtusertable < virtualhosts:

makemap need to recompile with -DNDBM for dbm support

How do I recompile makemap?
