Seems like the same problem I am often getting... You try to overwrite a file ,
being /usr/lib/libqt.so.1; that file is owned by qt-1.55-15.mdk on my system.
But it is needed by lots of other packages, so removing these files will break
dependencies, and the upgrade is reluctant to overwrite it, just in case...
Therefore the upgrade won't continue. You can always try to force the upgrade by
using the "--replacefiles" flag eg:

  rpm -Uvh qt-1.44-23mdk.i586.rpm --replacefiles

This should permit the upgrade to take place.
