Eric,
Not sure if your problem is with the nic card only or with pcmcia.. If
it's pcmcia cards in general try this
page. http://metalab.unc.edu/mdw/HOWTO/PCMCIA-HOWTO.html
If it's just getting the IP number etc into it, then install the card into
the slot on your box. Start Linuxconf and configure away. At least that's
what worked for me, but my nic is different.
