What troubles? What problems? If you tell a doctor that you are sick, he
*CANNOT* cure you. If you tell a doctor that you have a weezy cough, a very
scratchy sore throat, and a temperature of 101 degrees, he *CAN* then write
a prescription. You have told us that "your friend has trouble downloading
and installing Mandrake," but we need to know the symptoms before we can
make any recommendations!
