[expert] Netscape's Security Library?

Hi Ya,

Anybody have any notion of what the security library is for netscape? I
am getting an error msg, "the security library has experienced an
error", when attempting to access a web site utilizing SSL. I am,
unfortunately, running netscape 4.73, and what I am really experiencing
is the same old inefficacy of netscape that we all have grown to
love....
