Yes, if you use an ipmasq/ipchain server, you can change the firewalling
rules with ipfwadm/ipchains. I don't know the details, but start with a
network sniffer to figure out where the data is being sent, then add a
deny line to drop all traffic from your machine to that machine. Read the
man page for ipfwadm/ipchains.
