[expert] 7.1: I want reduced password complexity enforcement

I like simple passwords on machines that require no security.
I use the simple passwords only for my own safeguard against a stupid
action.

During the installation Mandrake 7.1 was quite happy to accept a simple
password but once installed it tries to overprotect.

I tried setting security level to Low, but it had no effect on password
complexity requirement.

How can I reduce the password complexity currently required? I.e. it should
accept anything I want to give it. It should be left up to me as to how
complex I want to get.
