Flames and arguments aren't all that bad as long as they don't become
too bad, or the parties involved don't take things too far. It's human
nature to disagree at times and become verbally abusive to a degree.
Most times these things blow over and all things return to normal.
And of course most email programs offer fairly decent message filters
these days too.
