maybe somethign like this can help:

kdesu 'mount -t iso9660 /dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom' ; kfmclient openURL
file:/mnt/cdrom

NOTE : the thing after ";" is for KDE 2.. 

This will ask you for password everytime you click on the icon and then
open the icon..
