I think:

It's really not an issue at all since for $3.99 US I got both CD's with
Linux Mandrake from Cheapbytes that included EVERYTHING I need and ALL
the header files I could EVER use to develope any app I can imagine to
put together. I'm just learning C++ and I've found Mandrake "developer"
install to be the Cat's meow!
