Mandrake released a version of linux for i486 class
systems, and I basically went thru the expert install
and made sure X didn't get installed, cause I wanted
this system to be strictly console based...so 20 megs
seems to work great for console based. Granted
Mandrake's installer was a tad fussy and still threw
some KDE/Gnome apps on there, I tracked them down with
RPM and removed them.
