I've found 7.1-27 on cooker, which fails a dependency on libbz2.so.1 RPMFIND only comes up with versions 8, 9 (updates) & (cooker) 27. libbz2.so.1 comes from bzip2-1.0.1-6mdk also on cooker which required the force option to get it installed. I don't like to add too many packages from the cooker (beta) directories as it has caused problems for me in the past. BTW - The build date (according to xrpm) on 7.1-9 was 12th Aug and it's still the latest version in the updates directory and 7.1-27 gives 5th Sept as build date.
