Where did you get that from?  I've found 7.1-27 on cooker, which fails a
dependency on libbz2.so.1  RPMFIND only comes up with versions 8, 9 (updates) &
(cooker) 27.  libbz2.so.1 comes from bzip2-1.0.1-6mdk also on cooker which
required the force option to get it installed.  I don't like to add too many
packages from the cooker (beta) directories as it has caused problems for me in
the past.

BTW - The build date (according to xrpm) on 7.1-9 was 12th Aug and it's still
the latest version in the updates directory and 7.1-27 gives 5th Sept as build
date.
