Your files are still in your tmp directory. You can run helix-update again, 
and it will say that it has detected files from the previous download, do you 
want to use them. You can use them again if you fix your conflict. 

I had the same thing happen to me. I just removed a conflicting RPM 
(something I didn't need) and reran the program.
