Forgive my insolence. *Bow* I figured since Mandrake is based on Red Hat I thought the question might apply. Forgive this mere peasant the err of his own folly. The two are nearly identical except for the fact that Mandrake pays better attention to detail. Did I fail to mention I have both running an FTP server?, Hrm, I see I did. Please correct my last statement to read,.. RedHat 5.1 and Mandrake 7.0 both accessing the other for testing, prior to opening services to our clients. And then removing our co-located ftp server from our ISP's control. I am fully aware of man ftpaccess and have been through it. Perhaps I missed something in particular that I may have passed over? Please excuse my sarcasm, I have had a bad day.
