Does Sprint use "PPP over Ethernet", or "real Ethernet"? These are the 1st things you must ask of Sprint. What Mandrake version do u use? Mdk6.0 uses "pump" for dynamicly assigned addresses. v6.1 also may use pump. Newer versions use dhcp.
