Mandrake is not stupid enough to do that:
ftp://ftp.free.fr/mirrors/ftp.mandrake-linux.com/Mandrake-devel/7.2beta/i586/Mandrake/RPMS/gcc-2.95.2-12mdk.i586.rpm

But that doesn't stop any of the cookers from using it!
