ifconfig eth0:x w.x.y.z

The first x should be a numerical value, if you wanted 5 virtual IPs you 
would start at 0 and work your way up:
ifconfig eth0:0
ifconfig eth0:1
ifconfig eth0:2
etc...

Or using linuxconf or webmin.
