I know mandrake has advertised chinese support...and currently I was able to get it in all the titlebars of KDE applications...however... I am not able to get any big5 fonts to appear in my windows... and xcin only works after I change the font it loads to "*big5-0" instead of "ming-*-*-*-*-big5-0" in the default install...
