KDE2 no longer has themes in the same fashion as were supported in KDE1.4. Its a KDE2 thing, not Mandrake. KDE2-style thmese are starting to appear on themes.org, but there aren't too many yet. There is a legacy theme importer (Configuration->other) utility, but I haven't had much success wiith it yet. You can change the appearence and size of the icons by right clicking and selection Configure.
