sorry. the errors are: Unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereferance at virtual address 00000014. this comes after the kernel recognizes my other ide devices. once it happened after recognizing hdb which is my CDROM once it was after recognizing my hdd which is my CD burner, then i tried again and it got past those and said: ide0 at 0x1f0 - 0x1f7, 0x3f6 on irq 14 ide1 at 0x170 - 0x177, 0x376 on irq 15 once this happens the system just hangs untill i cold boot it.
