Does this work for you with KDE2.1? I've just started using 2.1 and
it seems to work fine...until I tried what Praedor is talking about.
I have the same problem but my system seems to go one better and
insists that everything I try to access through an icon requires root
access and runs kdesu. This includes an icon that is supposed to
access my home directory :-)
Scratching my head at this point.
