Tonight I updated from KDE2.1-1213 to KDE2.1-0101. While I was at it
I downloaded the rest of the rpms that Chris had made available. This
included some CUPs stuff, qt, etc. When I did a test upgrade (and
when I did the real thing) I got an error I haven't seen before.
Because I was running an update I also can't interpret what it means.
The errors said there was a "conflict" between an existing package and
the one I was upgrading. These were generated for the kde docs rpms
and ical rpms.

Can someone tell me what it means to have a conflict between a new
package and an old one of the same name?

Cheers --- Larry
