A colleague of mine was trying to install Oracle on his Mandrake 7.2 box, but it
appears there's some issues with the glibc version that Mandrake uses. Works
perfectly on a RedHat 7.0 box though...
I was wondering, since I'm about to buy a new harddrive and was planning on
installing Oracle myself, are there any known issues with Oracle on Mandrake,
and if so: what are the workarounds?
Any suggestions from veterans who been trough this before are greatly
appreciated; saves me & my colleagues the work of reinventing the wheel
again... If possible, incluede [EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED] in the
