[expert] CPiA V4L compat cams?

I have a CPiA compat web cam (supposedly) and see that there is some sort
of cpia thing in the kernel headers Mandrake uses but I can't seem to
figure out how to make my cam work. Do I need to do something special to
set it up or use some special program to read from the device (kwintv
doesn't seem to work) or what? Thanks.
