[expert] Quoting in response to posts

All of you who are already doing so, please ignore.

It would be really helpful if everyone who responds to posts on the 
list would setup their mailer to indicate who is being quoted, rather 
that the innocuous "on ... you wrote".

This is very easy to do in Kmail.  Go to Settings - Configuration - 
Composer and On Reply to Sender enter "on %D, %F wrote" or similar.  
Kmail by default sets up '.on %D, you wrote".

I'm sure someone else can help you with Netscape mail or other mailers.
