Read the IPCHAINS howto, and FIREWALL howto. Also NETWORKING howto, to give
you the basics if you need them.
All you need to do is forward ports 25, 110, and 443 (if you are using
IMAP) from your external firewall interface to the IP address of your
Exchange server. It's quite easy once you understand the basics. I assume
you are already using NAT/IP-masquerading on your firewall?
