The solution seems simple to me: Set up a place on the web where linux users can post their problem _solutions_, and have a team working behind the scenes to organize the lot into an easy-accessible faq. This faq can be a supplement to all the howto's, man's, info's etc. for now, and over time they can grow to be a full collection of documentation for everything linux out there! Obviously this will take time, but you gotta start somewhere. Just need that webspace and volunteers to get started, and the sooner the better! Gerry
