[expert] FTP Site for LM 7.1

I'm missing at least one rpm package, libstdc++-devel-2.95.2-7mdk, from my
cdroms of LM 7.1 for Windows. None of the mirror sites checked has version
7.1 anymore. Can anyone suggest a site? ---Jay
